Has it been tagged with your name?
Is it pointing at you or another applying it’s shame?
Firing bullets that do nothing but delay
the taking of responsibility for change?
With blame,
Whether applied to self or other,
Things just stay the same.
It’s a no-win avoidant game
Fuelled by judgement and separation,
So flip the script for understanding and investigation,
All the while promoting ownership, responsibility and accountability
Whilst remembering each one of us is in charge of our own reality.
