I speak not of a death that ends your life
But of one that gifts it to you
Death of what is unserving
Death of another layer of ego
That death becomes you
The letting go of the old and decaying
The letting go of beliefs self-berating
The pealing back of layers
The coming down of walls
The relinquishment of that which constricts
For the embodiment of that which expands and uplifts
Whilst holding it all, the living and the dying
Holding all parts with love, the laughing and the crying
Honouring the death of every moment ending
Just as you do for every new moment beginning
