What in the world before you
Triggers you to judge?
What is it in another
That you find so hard to love?

Allow yourself to say yes,
And allow yourself to say no.
Allow yourself to have boundaries,
And follow your heart’s say-so.

 

But aim to let go of judgement
And instead reside with opinion,
Founded on truth and held with humility
To allow for openness and flexibility.

 

And aim where you can for forgiveness,
Which will help you also let go
Of that which your judgement clings to
And that which you think you know.
